We had a pretty good stay at a backpackers in a central location. The room was clean with a private ensuite. The bar downstairs was lively, and luckily we were on the third floor, so it didn't disturb our sleep too much. We met some amazing people from all around the world and had great times together. we would recommend this place for a quick and convenient stay.

Really enjoyed the comfy bed's and room and the bar.
Only 2 things to look at 1 lights in the room are good for your bed but need lights down the middle for looking for your gear and packing up and need a longer timer in the shower but other wise really enjoyed the stay and would definitely be back.

We loved this accommodation's prime location, in the heart of the city and conveniently surrounded by numerous restaurants. The mini-mart across the street saved us several times. The bar next to the hotel was lively and offered good drinks at reasonable prices. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The fact that it was very noisy for most of the night with parties/heated discussions in the corridors. We didn't complain as there is a bar underneath and obviously the Base is more for the younger audience. Want be staying at this accommodation again in the future.

We stayed at a hostel during Thanksgiving break, and it exceeded our expectations. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the showers were always hot and clean. the location was spot on - we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy for us to stay connected with our family.
. The dormitory was cramped, and the bunk beds were creaky, which made it hard to sleep when somebody moved.

Conveniently located in the center of town, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Despite some noise from the street and the bar downstairs, the overall atmosphere is lively and fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. The baggage hold service was convenient. I had a decent stay at Base Queenstown.

It was really noisy! We had a room right above the bar and although we had ear plugs we could not sleep..

Basepackers exceeded our expectations. It was great, but Check in should be earlier than 1pm. People want to get checked in and settled, that was ourselves, but we got to see the same problem arise when we were checking out. I understand that you have to clean rooms, but I do feel that that the Check in time could be something to look at.
